Credit Note/Exchange Policy

Sticky Fingers is pleased to offer a satisfaction guarantee for all items purchased from us, including sale items. Providing goods are returned to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed and with labels intact, we offer a 14 day credit note or exchange policy (from the original date of dispatch).

We are unable to credit note postage costs for returns, unless we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong product or the product is unusable due to a defect. In this case please contact us as soon as possible via phone 03 9374 4900 or email info@stickyfingersboutique.com.au prior to sending goods back. 

Exchanges that are not the result of a defect or a mistake where Sticky Fingers has sent you the wrong product will require you to send the products to us at your own cost to the following address:

 Conditions:
  • No credit notes or exchanges will be offered for products that have had tags removed, have been worn or washed
  • No credit notes or exchanges will be offered on products or any garments where the packaging has been damaged (hangers/bags excluded) EG: Box…
  • Sticky Fingers is not responsible for the for freight costs in returning the items to our warehouse, except where the goods are deemed faulty in which case Sticky Fingers will cover any postage costs. Please call 03 9374 4900 or email info@stickyfingersboutique.com.au prior to sending goods back
  • Items for return should be kept in a smoke-free environment as returns will be refused on items that are returned smelling of tobacco smoke

Delivery

Delivery within Australia
Postage and handling within Australia starts at $8.00 for standard delivery and $20 for bulk items. We also offer Express shipping. You can select these options at checkout. Delivery within Australia is generally 4 -10 working days from the day of ordering. If you require an urgent delivery, please state this in your notes upon check-out. If your order is delayed due to a stock shortage, you will be contacted by phone or email. If you wish to cancel your order due to longer than expected delivery times you may do so. 

**Please allow up to 2 weeks during busy periods such as Christmas, sale periods and for special promotions.

International Delivery
Postage and handling outside Australia is from $20 AUD. Our customer care team will contact you separately to arrange postage and handling charges that are over $15 prior to your order being shipped.

Pick-Ups
We allow Pick-Ups from our shop. Please contact us if you would like to order an online pick up.
