Credit Note/Exchange Policy
Sticky Fingers is pleased to offer a satisfaction guarantee for all items purchased from us, including sale items. Providing goods are returned to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed and with labels intact, we offer a 14 day credit note or exchange policy (from the original date of dispatch).
We are unable to credit notes postage costs for returns, unless we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong product or the product is unusable due to a defect. In this case please contact us as soon as possible via phone 03 9374 4900 or email email@example.com prior to sending goods back.
Exchanges that are not the result of a defect or a mistake where Sticky Fingers has sent you the wrong product will require additional postage and handling charges ($10 for Australian customers). International customers will be contacted separately to arrange additional return postage costs.
Please fill out your details on the Credit Note and Exchanges Form sent with your order receipt and send this form together with all items returned to the following address.

- Items for return should be kept in a smoke-free environment as returns will be refused on items that are returned smelling of tobacco smoke
Delivery within Australia
Postage and handling within Australia is $10 for orders!! Delivery within Australia is generally 4 -10 working days from the day of ordering. Australian Air Express (AAE) or Australia Post Express Mail can be requested. Please note there is an additional freight charge for this. If you require an urgent delivery, please state this in your notes upon check-out. If your order is delayed due to a stock shortage, you will be contacted by phone or email. If you wish to cancel your order due to longer than expected delivery times you may do so.

Postage and handling outside Australia is from $20 AUD. Our customer care team will contact you separately to arrange postage and handling charges that are over $15 prior to your order being shipped.
